Music is Blahhhh these days, so I must Blahhhhh-g about "new" stuff I am listening to.

I just downloaded the new album by local Utah band Neon Trees.  My friend Jenny's little brother is in the group and they are fantastic!  It is refreshing Indie-rock/pop, and it puts me in a sunny mood.  I NEED sun right now!  The album makes me feel like I am cruising the PCH.  Ahhhhhhh.  Anyway, Jenny is a proud sister, and in support of her ( I love her!) and Dave- who I've never actually met because he apparently has something against girls who like the Jonas Brothers (ha!), here is a link to their website http://fameisdead.com/ .  They also just performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!  I didn't see it, but I am sure you could youtube the performance.

I've also been listening to:
Phoenix (along the same lines as Neon Trees)

"Resistance" by Muse

"If We Ever Meet Again" by Timbaland, feat. Katy Perry (disco throw-back!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDKva-s_khY

"Yes" by LMFAO (get the edited version- lyrics are clever, YES!)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F22fevY1bFo. . . and for fun "I Left My Heart in Scandinavia" performed by none other than Kevin Jonas!  He has a great voice for someone who sings backup in their group.  It's a fun little ditty from their show "JONAS."

Check um' out- listen to music, it equals life and makes things happy again.

The end.

Who shot J.R.? I don't remember! But Sonny shot Domidante!

My HELLISH choice of lifestyle has left me behind.  Behind on exercise, behind on spirituality, behind on men, behind on work (although this isn't my first choice *ahem*), and worst OF ALL (!!!) behind on General Hospital!  You'd think I'd want to go to bed and get caught up on the sleep I've fallen behind on, but anyway. . . thank heavens for DVR.  Make fun if you will- if Rachel can have her comic books I can have my Cassadine's, Quatermaine's, and Spencers!  As I lounge here lazily on the sofa watching the cougar Olivia (my future) and her lover Johnny Zacchara feed each other some kind of exotic fruit I escape into a world where I can forget mine.  AND Lulu and Maxie have killer wardrobes.  It gives me something to look forward to.  I fully plan on having an excellent job in the next year or so that will match theirs and satisfy my need to shop.

In other exciting GH news. . .  there is a new opening, finally- and best of ALL (!!!) James Franco is returning to his role and is planning to direct at least one episode!  This may be old news to anyone else who has the time to actually watch the show when it airs, but to me it is wonderful newness!  Fresh!  Ha ha.

Um. . . when I graduate this Summer can somebody please help me get a life?

Peace and XOXO.

You know you rarely blahhhh-g when you have to reset your blogger password.

K so it's been awhile.  The thing is- I don't really care.  Ha.  But here I am somehow, still blahhhh-ing about stuff that I'm not sure why anyone would care about!  I guess because its been a while let me get you caught up?

1.  I am in my last semester of school (FINALLY) and am taking several interesting courses including mediation (which I actually have to do to pass), history of comm. (a lower div. I put off), math (which I also put off and will be officially finished with in June), and comm. capstone.  Capstone is interesting- we are divided into groups, much like "The Apprentice" and are developing a P.R. plan for a local business.  At the end of the course we'll be hired of fired.  OoOoOoooohhh.  In this class we have discussed how bloggers have become equivalent to actual journalists and should be treated with the same respect, so I guess I should respect this thing more, right?  I mean, I'm kind of a journalist. . . ha ha, no.

2.  Still single, although my adorable hair dresser Machelle has set me up with some stellar guys, they just haven't lead to anything.

3.  Still working at Radio Disney AM 910 and LOVING it.  If you don't listen to R.Dis. you should (its not all kid music- very much Top 40 these days) and go here if you love me, and sign up for the News Wire!  It will give funding to your local station- much needed.

4.  Nick Jonas and The Administration's album came out.  It is surprisingly (or not so much) soooooooooo good.  You can chill to it, jam to it, whatevs!  Check it out.  Nothing like the Jonas Brothers- very John Mayer meets solo Paul McCartney, bluesy-ish.  I can't get enough of it!  And as I always say- give um' a listen before you dismiss um!

5.  Lucky finally found out Elizabeth and Nicholas(hoe bags pictured) were cheating and broke it off with Liz who is now on a MAJOR downward spiral.  Dominic is Dante and is Sonny's son.  Sonny shot Domidante (in the hospital bed), but wouldn't skip town for that, or killing Claudia because Michael actually killed Claudia out of self-defense.  Sonny has to "do right" by his children after all.  Lulu loves Domidante, who loves her, and Kristina is dating a douche who slaps her and only wants to "connect in a more intimate manner".  Can't wait for the continuing drama on Monday!  Oh yeah!

So that about sums it up.  Ha ha.  Really I do this every day:  wake up, shower, eat, go to class, go to work, do homework, eat, read, sleep.  The end.  After I graduate I hope to still do all these things, minus the class, and if anyone can help lead me to a P.R./Event Planning/Promotions type job that would be great!

Also... Rachel got these sweet shades that I really would wear on a regular basis if I had a pair.  I just love this picture!

Peace.

No more needs be said.

Thank you Chris Carrabba and Johnny Lefler for an amazing musical experience.  And thank you, Sarah Griener, for coming with me even though you could care less.
